Exploring Olive Oil in Cocktails and Beyond

Gather round, sweet bambinos and bambinas, for an oil-saturated affair hosted by Belle Époque Absinthe Lounge. Laura Bellucci and Maurizio Gamberucci (Italy-America Chambero of Commerce South Central) have partnered with Franco Denari CEO of Zucchi 1810 Olive Oil to bring you a sleek and slippery seminar celebrating this ancient oil in olive its glory. We will explore the applications of olive oil in cocktails and beyond. Drawing on her Italian heritage and extensive research, Laura Bellucci will give a short presentation on the fascinating history of olive oil paired with several cocktails anointed with Zucchi’s extra virgin and infused products. A lustrous happy hour will follow with Italian wines and a delicious selection of antipasto. 

Zucchi 1810 has been producing extremely high-quality olive oil for over two centuries, with a passionate focus on economically and environmentally sustainable practices for their harvesting and an emphasis on the preservation of the land and traditions of Italy. Laura Bellucci, Franco Denari, and Maurizio Gamberucci are excited to welcome you into the Bella Epoca space for a golden afternoon dripping in tipples, treats, and good company.
